RE: [CORE-AAM] Action 2056

For UIA, they all map the same as aria-haspopup=true
Expose state of the pop-up activities as "expanded" or "collapsed" in the ExpandCollapseState property in the ExpandCollapse Control Pattern.

We might be able to do more in a later version of UIA, but not right now.
