Tracker stuff migrated from PF

The migration of Tracker data from the PF tracker to the ARIA tracker 
has been done:

There were errors on stuff related to the ARIA 2.0 and ARIA 1.1 
implementation guide products that I will look into, though on first 
glance it seems nonetheless everything is there.

The tracker IRC bots are now connected to this tracker, and you should 
use this Web interface. The PF tracker instance will soon be shut down, 
and any changes made to the data there now are likely to be lost.
