Rich, James,

FYI, Rich's post to the IA2 list was scrubbed and a link provided to the 
original HTML attachment; however, it's not easy to read that way (see: 
http://lists.linux-foundation.org/pipermail/accessibility-ia2/2016-February/001996.html).

I'm hoping this reply will replay the email thread on the IA2 list in a 
way that does not involve an attachment.
