Repository for ATTA MSAA+IAccessible2

Suyang and I created a github repository for the Assistive Technology Test Adapter for MSAA+IAccessible2, so people can look at the code and maybe help debug issues related to link to the COM interfaces to MSAA and IAccessible2.

I will try working on this some more this week.
