Re: Error in ATTA spec

Okay - I updated the spec at spec-ops.github.io/atta-api/index.html to
reflect the current protocol definition.  This is supported in the
aria-atta-support branch at https://github.com/spec-ops/web-platform-tests

Sorry for the confusion.  I think I dropped a commit somewhere.
