Looking for a wiki table editor that I can use as an individual led me down a rabbit whole of not-great software options. However, MediaWiki has a component for this, which looks pretty fabulous. That would be the best solution. I'm sure we're not the only team that would like an easier way to put tables in wikis. If that's not feasible, I will continue digging into extensions and online generators of various stripes. I haven't found one I like yet.
