I agree with Anne. I think there is a lot more discussion that can 
happen on the mailing list. I haven't given my input yet, and Neither 
has Mark Nottingham who was the biggest proponent of something like this.

I'd be fine with discussing this though given that we've gotten very 
little feedback indicating that server-only is desired. So I think we 
could nail down some stuff here.
