[widgets] Widgets now on twitter

Hi,
Following in the WHATWG tradition, I have set up a Twitter page for
the widget specs:

http://twitter.com/widgetspecs

Sign up to be notified of changes and updates (I will try to keep it
to a few a per week). There is an RSS feed too, if you don't want a
twitter account.
