This is a response to Bert Bos' review [1] of the Widgets 1.0
Requirements document [2].

This might be better handled in the Widgets 1.0 spec and not in the
requirements document.

This also might be better handled in the Widgets 1.0 spec. We are
currently hashing out the processing model for widgets so I assume we
will address this issue there.
