[XBL Primer] updated!

Hi All,
We have updated the XBL Primer[1] and hope to publish a First Working
Draft within the next month or so. The current draft is still a work
in progress, but we again encourage you to send us feedback,
contribute text, request usage examples/scenarios, etc.
