[XBL] Implementation prototype object's [[Prototype]] property?

Hi.

It seems to me that you want to have an implementation prototype
object’s [[Prototype]] property set to the actual DOM object for the
bound element, so that the regular Element and EventTarget methods and
attributes are available.  Wording should be included in section 5.4 to
this effect.
