I have updated http://dev.w3.org/cvsweb/~checkout~/2006/xbl2/disposition-of-comments.html using an updated version of the script that puts the subject line of the e-mail, if available, in the heading. Otherwise it puts the summary Ian provides in the heading. Either way, it's prefixed by a number.
