[XBL2] Editorial: Typos

Hi-

Just a couple of minor typos in section 1.1. Please close the quotes and 
correct the spelling of "specification".

The term "QName is used as defined by the Namespaces in XML 
specefication. [XMLNS]

The term "view is used as defined by the DOM2 Views specefication. 
[DOM2VIEWS]
