Phil, All - FYI, the latest version of the Access Control doc
(published 26 November) includes a change to the Access Item syntax:

  <http://www.w3.org/TR/access-control/#access>

I recall a POWDER doc included a copy and paste of our Access Item
syntax thus the POWDER doc may need to be updated.

Regards, Art
