XBL 2.0 test suite

I’ve checked in some templates and a couple of test cases for XBL 2.0 in
CVS (http://dev.w3.org/cvsweb/~checkout~/2006/waf/XBLTests/).  The
structure of the test suite and format of the test cases are not really
fixed yet; suggestions are welcome.

If you’d like to contribute tests, just mail them to the list.
