It would be nice if the Selectors spec said that the case sensitivity of 
the namespace selectors depends upon the mechanism used to declare them. 
  So that namespaces declared using @namespace in CSS are case 
insensitive, but those declared using xmlns, like in XBL, are case 
sensitive.
