Dear Web Application Formats Working Group,

I think the XBL 2.0 should define a unique string for the SVG Feature
String [1], the DOMImplementation.hasFeauture[2] and such things.
# the namespace for the XBL 2.0?

When the XBL 2.0 is used for an SVG document, An SVG Viewer which not
implements the XBL 2.0 will ignore it/them. If the XBL 2.0 defines
Feature String, an author can provide fallback contents using the
Conditional Process [3].

In the same way, an author can provide fallback contents, scripts, and so on.
