In http://www.w3.org/TR/2006/WD-xbl-20060907/#xblsetinsertionpoint the  
xblSetInsertionPoint() method is defined as taking a Node though the prose  
suggests it only takes an Element...

A somewhat clear description of what it does, or pointer to the  
appropriate section, wouldn't hurt either (I've seen the example added in  
CVS, didn't help much).
