[XBL] Clarificaiton: xblBindingAttached() and other events

In section 3.5 (Binding Attachment Model), I just want to confirm that
other events may be called by the UA on an implementation before
xblBindingsAttached() is called? Or does the UA only start sending
events only after the invocation of the xblEnteredDocument() method? Can
you please make this a bit more clear in the spec.
