FWIW, I think it's better if we spend time on discussing what actually  
should be in this file and if things like initial widget size and such  
would not belong in the file where they would be put instead and how.  
After that, it's probably easier to come up with a suitable name. I think  
the current name quite accurately describes what it contains and is  
intended for. Obviously, if some people have the feeling certain features  
have to be moved somewhere else there might be need for a new name.
