[XBL] Stylistic issues (purely editorial)

Hi.

This is a last call comment on the XBL 2 Editor’s Draft (dated 27
October 2006).

(Feel free to ignore this comment.)

I’m not a fan of the orange text for code-style text and the example
sections marked with double black lines down the left.  For an example
of a style I think is very effective, see http://www.w3.org/TR/rex/.
Also, the formatting of the event types in
http://www.w3.org/TR/DOM-Level-3-Events/events.html is quite readable,
so I suggest that that style be adopted too.
