[XBL] Binding Detachment Model

Hi.

This is a last call comment on the XBL 2 Editor’s Draft (dated 27
October 2006).

3.10 Binding Detachment Model
=============================

  Then, shadow tree must be removed, the implementation must be removed
  from the bound element’s list of binding implementations…

s/shadow/the shadow/

  If the binding had an extends attribute when it was bound to the
  element (it may have changed since then), then the user agent must
  then detach the binding that was attached because of that attribute
  (if any).

Does this mean the detachments must happen according to the value of the
extends attribute at the time it was originally bound? Is that not
inconsistent with what happens with binding when the extends attribute
is modified? (It may not be inconsistent, since I don’t fully
understand 3.7.1.)

Thanks,

Cameron
