Just thought I'd point out an editorial nit in 
http://www.w3.org/TR/2006/WD-xbl-20060907/#loading0

  "For XML-based scripting languages, handling of unknown elements and 
unexpected nodes must be defined by that language. "

perhaps it would be better to change: "handling of unknown elements and 
unexpected nodes"
to: "handling of unknown nodes"

Seems redundant and inconsistent and redundant.
