It is arguable whether the population of people negatively affected
could properly be characterized as "large." It may be better to say
"significant" rather than "large."

I've taken the liberty to cc the APA list for any additional reactions.

If people are OK with this, we could run a Call for Consensus into next
week to see whether we can raise this to a formal APA comment.
