Re: Draft APA minutes of 2018-01-10

Thanks for this Gottfried.

I note that some attendees on the call forgot to do their Present+, thus
suggesting via the minutes that there was only 1 person present for the
call. Not a huge issue, but a friendly reminder that this is something you
should be doing whenever you enter the IRC channel... (not just for this
WG, but all W3C calls where Zakim is present).
