Re: Call for Consensus (CfC): Comment on WHATWG issue around trapping focus in modals

With many apologies to Niklas for the delay... this CfC had unanimous
support from the group, so posting this comment is a consensus decision of
APA, and as such, I have finally posted said comment on the WHATWG thread.
Thank you Niklas, and everyone, for the discussion.

Now we have the homework of getting in touch with the APG folks about the
issue, as described in our comment :-).
