Re: 48-Hour Call for Consensus (CfC): Web Payments Accessibility CG

I am fine with this .... +1

But I am confused.  Working groups don't generally create Community
Groups.  The Community in question does.  It doesn't require W3C WG action
or consensus.  Anyone can form a CG.  Right?
