Hi,

I have been trying to update Annozilla (http://annozilla.mozdev.org)
to get the "update annotation" facility working. So far I haven't had
much luck.

I installed an Annotea server locally, checking out the libraries
with "-r V1_2". I couldn't get either the PUT or POST methods to work
(as described in 2.4 and Appendix B of
http://www.w3.org/2001/Annotea/User/Protocol.html). I could replace an
annotation using the interactive web interface, but that seems to use a
slightly different request format again.

With Amaya 9.1 and annotest.w3.org, the browser allowed me to update
an annotation, but on reloading the changed annotation, I received error
messages:

Not Found Not Found Unable to locate
"http://annotest.w3.org/annotations/body/1113046635.796909" with (ask
'((http://www.w3.org/1999/xx/http#Body
http://annotest.w3.org/annotations/body/1113046635.796909 ?bodyData ?r
?b ?attrib) (http://www.w3.org/1999/xx/http#ContentType
http://annotest.w3.org/annotations/body/1113046635.796909 ?contentType)
) :collect '(?bodyData ?contentType ?attrib))For more info, see (ask
'((?p http://annotest.w3.org/annotations/body/1113046635.796909 ?o))
:collect '(?p ?o))

Was 1.2 a good choice of servers to install? I didn't see any
documentation about which version annotest is running (2.0?) or which
versions of Amaya were compatible with which versions of the server.
