Please Help annotea Setup problem

I have installed Annotea server using Eric's installation package.
Everything installed but I am plagued with an internal server error ever
time I try to post an annotation.

 

The error is as follows.

 

/usr/local/perl/modules/W3C/Annotations/CGI/annotate

"$NS_DC" is not exported by the W3C::Annotations::AnnotationApp module

Can't continue after import errors at
/usr/local/perl/modules/W3C/Annotations/CGI/annotate line 24

BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at
/usr/local/perl/modules/W3C/Annotations/CGI/annotate line 30.

 

Has anyone encountered this problem?

 

Any advice is greatly appreciated.
