annotations on http://www.w3.org/ vs http://www.w3.org/2001/Annotea/

I get annotatations fine on http://www.w3.org/2001/Annotea/ both with Amaya 
8.5 release version and new development version of Amaya 8.6 dated June 28 
2004.

However, I can get annotations on http://www.w3.org/ only with Amaya 8.5. 
Amaya 8.6 does not show anything, it just complains that it failed to get 
the annotation index.

I wonder if Amaya 8.6 is not handling something on http://www.w3.org/ right 
and that messes the annotations?

This does not sound like a server bug to me.
