You should not need a JSON-LD library to understand the responses, for
 the features specified in the model.  If an Annotation has additional
 extensions, then a JSON-LD library might be useful ... but hopefully 
the extensions will be clearly specified such that the JSON structure 
remains consistent.

If there's anywhere (other than extensions, and the protocol's SHOULD 
for supporting the Turtle serialization) that requires a JSON-LD 
library to implement then it would be great to know about it, as that 
would be a bug :)
