azaroth42 has just created a new issue for https://github.com/w3c/web-annotation: == Clarify TextQuoteSelector without prefix/suffix == Clarify in the model whether a TextQuoteSelector with an exact property but no prefix or suffix, that matches more than once in the target resource selects all of the matches, or if not, which one. Proposal: Selects all of the matches. If more specificity is required, then use longer prefix/suffix. See https://github.com/w3c/web-annotation/issues/76
