I18N github issues on find-text

Hello Annotation WG,

A few minutes ago Richard Ishida and I filed a number of github issues in you project 'find-text' and referring to your working draft [1] of that document. These issues are also tracked in our tracker [2] and the tracker ID numbers all appear in the github issues. These encompass I18N issues 495 through 505. We look forward to discuss these and other issues with you going forwards.

Thanks (for I18N),

Addison

Note: it was a little hard to decide how to communicate these issues to you. Your SOTD refers to using Web Annotations, via a non-W3C account on webplatform.org. That would be difficult for our WG to track. It also suggests using this email list to send issues to. But the top of your document has links to github issues. Although Tracker and the thread-flattener can track issues on mailing lists, we went with github issues as that seems to be the trend. Please try to clarify how best to communicate with you if you'd prefer some other means.

Internationalization is not a feature.
It is an architecture.
