[admin] revised F2F Minutes (v2) from 22 April 2015 F2F

I have updated the F2F minutes to correct some minor nits, but more importantly to make the RangeFinder agenda topic visible. See attached.

For those who weren’t at the F2F, I note some key points. Everyone should read the minutes for details and more discussion items, these are just some personal highlights (thus not necessary complete etc)
