As issues like this are clarified and consensus may be reached, I look 
forward to fleshing out the performance indicators in my StratML 
rendition of the AIKR CG's plan at

Someday there will be better means than E-mail to facilitate the process 
of collaboratively crafting strategic and performance plans and 
reports.  Indeed, at least one already exists and Chris Fox would love 
to see groups like ours use it (and give him usability feedback):
