Re: AIKR CG Plans and Leadership

Carl and Milton thanks for the availability to co chair

My understanding is that we can more or less decide what process to follow
to nominate the co-chairs and I think we can simply as you suggest, Carl
announce to the list
the nominations and in the absence of any objections just proceed

To minimally formalize nominations I wonder if we can get from you guys a
short position statement with a minimal plan of action of what the co chair
wishes to achieve/accomplish/attempt to do during their appointment and if
the have a plan

I feel that what this CG needs now is
- tidying up and updating the resources/pages a bit,
- getting inputs from the members, including info for the report. who have
been mostly quiet
- maybe set up/run online meetings (incerasing engagement)
- Also intensifying networking with related W3C groups
- make a firmer timeline with deadlines for the proposed goals

I have 3 talks coming up but not heard from others

Carl and Milton, is there anything in the points above that you feel you d
like to pursue, and if not
what is it that you d like to work on?

I take this opportunity to thank again for participation in discussion so
far and Owen especially for persistently converting to machine readable
format the resources we share. Please do not hesitate to enter your details
in the stakeholder survey, this will be referenced even in the future

Cheers

PDM
