Re: shared AI KR as Best Practice with AI Alliance

I agree having an immediate community connection with the AI Alliance puts
a priority on producing a more detailed Guideline to explain that Shared
and explicit knowledge representation (KR) is necessary to achieve Ethical
and Trustworthy AI.
