From the "dismissable" clause, it is my understanding that not necessary to provide a mechanism to dismiss on hover/focus content if an input error is displayed without removing hover/focus. This is true even if the input error obstruct / replaces other content. Right? I ask because or" is used here. Thanks, Sailesh Panchang
