Review for ACT Rules Format candidate recommendation

Hey all,

As you may have seen, the ACT Task Force has recently published the
candidate recommendation of the ACT Rules Format version 1.0. It is
currently in a public review, so I wanted to ask if you'd be willing to
provide us with feedback. As a quick reminder, the goal of the ACT Rules
Format is to come up with a standard format for describing accessibility
rules for test methodologies and test tools. With this work almost
complete, the ACT Task Force is looking to start adding ACT rules to the
WCAG documentation. This should create a clear and authoritative set of
rules for WCAG.

Candidate recommendation means we are in the final stages of publishing the
ACT Rules Format as a W3C recommendation. There is currently a public
review, and a call for implementation, which lasts until May 28th 2019. If
you are interested, and have some time, I would really appreciate it if you
could provide feedback.

You can find the candidate recommendation at:
    https://w3c.github.io/wcag-act/act-implementations.html

If you have feedback, you can either raise an issue with this feedback on
Github, or send an e-mail.
