Final call for "Name from content included in accessible name" rule

Hi ACT Rules Community,

This in the Final Call for the rule "Name from content included in accessible name", https://github.com/act-rules/act-rules.github.io/pull/452, that has undergone a substantial update since first being published.

The final call for this rule will end on May 13.
If you have any objections to the rule please raise them before this date.
