Workshop agenda & logistics

Colleagues,

I am excited to share the draft program for the upcoming W3C Workshop on
Strong Authentication & Identity! Some of you have received (or might
yet receive!) invitations to present at specific times. Keep an eye out
for messages from Manu.

https://www.w3.org/Security/strong-authentication-and-identity-workshop/schedule.html

A few of you have also been asked to reconfirm your attendance. If you
got such a note from me and/or Manu today, please respond ASAP. If you
confirmed before and now know you will not be joining us, please let us
know.

The workshop location is shown on the agenda page, linked above. The
agenda is packed. We plan to start promptly at 9am, and we encourage
you to arrive early.

We encourage you to self-organize a dinner outing(s) on Sunday evening.
I invite you to use the workshop mailing list,
public-2018-identity-ws@w3.org, for that purpose. It will reach all
invitees.

We are leaving you to find your own accommodations. I have booked into
the Hyatt House in Redmond. A colleague has booked into the Element
closer to the Microsoft campus. There are many hotels in the area -
staying in Bellevue would also be quite reasonable. Rates seem to be
higher on Tuesday night than Sunday-Monday. If you need further help,
please reach out to the program committee.

The workshop web pages, including the agenda linked above, are
maintained in Github. There is a link at the bottom of each page for
submitting pull requests with any changes you wish to suggest.
