Dear Protocol Council Members, I sent out the Minutes for your consideration and comments on Tuesday, 4 June 2002. So far I received the agreement from ETSI and ITU representatives. As there was no reply from W3C neither from IETF representatives, I assume that the Minutes are acceptable for all Protocol Concil Members and I intend to post them by Monday, 10 June 2002.
