Dear PSO PC colleagues, ETSI has made so far 4 contributions sent to Mr Lynn in reply of a message from him requesting opinion from the PSO. These 4 contributions were not agreed by consensus within the PSO PC and therefore were sent to ICANN only on behalf of ETSI. The 4 documents are referenced in the minutes of our teleconferences as ETSI informed about the documents and there were discussions about their content. Due to this fact, we, in ETSI, are getting requests from readers who are interested on the documents and can not find them in the PSO website (because they are not there). The documents are available in the ETSI website, of course, but, in my opinion, there should also be visible in the PSO website as they have been prepared to give answers to public requests made by ICANN Board or CEO to the PSO. I propose to create a specific area in the PSO website to allocate "Positions from PSO members on ICANN matters". That page would then simply hiperlink to the specific part within each member website where the actual document should be available. This proposal would increase the visibility of the documents agreed within each PSO member organization and complete the information included in the minutes. Any problem with the proposal?.
