Dear Mme Michel Denise, The PSO Protocol Council tasked me to contact you for the following: Yesterday, Tuesday, 4th September the Conference call of the Protocol Supporting Organization Protocol Council took place. The issue of attendance of the ICANN Meetings was discussed. Unfortunately, nobody is available to attend the Montevideo Meeting, therefore you are kindly requested not to put in the Agenda the report of PSO-PC for this meeting. On the contrary, several PSO-PC members will attend the Marina del Rey Meeting and will present the report of the activities of the PSO-PC at this occasion. Concerning the final draft report regarding At-Large Membership forwarded to PSO-PC Members on 24 August 2001, prior to making a conference call with Representatives of ALSC, it was requested the deadline for receiving comments. The date of the Montevideo Meeting is too close to provide any input. As it is mentioned in your mail of 24th August, the final report will be submitted to ICANN Board on 14th November.
