v3 of presentation for PSO GA

Greetings,

Please find attached the v3 of the PSO GA presentation (updated with a few
actions noted during the last PSO teleconference of 21st June 2001) and let
me have your comments.

P.S. Ongoing Action: At ICANN's request, the PSO-PC should come back with
proposals (2 individuals) on the PSO-PC exploder and confirm the nominees to
serve on the "New TLD Evaluation process Planning Task Force", by the latest
11 July 2001. Once this is achieved, it shall be added on the 12th slide of
the presentation.
