Vint is interested in being renominated.

As for Jim Fleming's (not Jim Bound's) nomination of Harald Alvestrand
-- it's best viewed as a joke.  At least, Harald seemed to treat it as such.
For those who have not had the "benefit" of seeing Fleming's postings,
I'll just say that they rarely, if ever, make any sense whatsoever.  I
could make a good case that he is (literally) out of touch with reality.

Personally, though, I don't see his email any more; I have my mail
filters set up to discard his messages.  In this case, I suppose we are
duty-bound to go to the formality of asking Harald, but I'm certain I
know what his answer will be.
