Is there any sample on PICS usage ?

Hello,
Is there any sample regarding the PICS metadata usage ? I could not find it 
in the specification pages.
I'd like to label all the pictures on my website. It is related on the 
French Riviera but I want ti distinguish Cannes, St Tropez, Cap Ferrat, 
...etc on each page. For now I am using the tags "title" and "alt" for each 
picture.
