Wagner and Schneier

Pardon my ignorance, I haven't read the documents. Two
questions. 
* Is TLS subject to the same problems identified by Wagner and
  Schneier against SSL 3.0?  
* What is the TLS group's position on the security problems
  identified by Wagner and Schneier?
