just a PSA/FYI here:

New HTTP header fields have been defined in Fetch 
<https://fetch.spec.whatwg.org/#http-extensions> (and are not registered 
in 
<https://www.iana.org/assignments/message-headers/message-headers.xhtml#perm-headers>).

E.g.: 
<https://fetch.spec.whatwg.org/#cross-origin-resource-policy-header>, as 
well as re-defining HTTP `Origin` header semantics [RFC6454].
