yes - connect is defined in 7540 and implemented in (at least) chrome and
firefox. You can do nifty h2 over h2 with it creating a truly exciting
level of multiplexing (i.e. multiple connect tunnels can be muxed in one
connection to the proxy and each tunnel can of course carry h2 with
multiple muxed streams).
